- Recruit new volunteers.
- Call potential volunteers
and match interests with open positions.
- Fill vacancies on the Board
and committees with qualified and committed volunteers.
- Maintain data base on jobs
requirements.
- Maintain data base for volunteers.

Fundraising
- Create a signature fundraiser
for WWJD.
- Recruit and train fundraising
committee chairs and members.
- Work with Communication board,
provide newsletter articles.
- Coordinate donations:
- Corporate Giving
- Gifts in Kind Program
- Corporate matching programs
- Church giving campaigns
- Grant research and writing
(work with existing grant writer)
- Represent WWJD at Placer Care
Coalition meetings (PCCI) board.
