WWJD? Van Gets a New Look in Time for Open Van Event
The Roseville WWJD? Van recently received fresh paint, a front grill, interior shelving, and signage. The fresh look reflects better on our organization, and sacred mission of feeding the homeless and working poor in Roseville and Auburn. The WWJD Board allocated approximately $3,000 to repairs. The 2001 van was looking a bit ragged. The Board hopes to get at least another 5 years out of the van. WWJD? Staff in Auburn also have a van used for their ministry that is newer.
The Roseville Van was refurbished in time for an upcoming Open Van Event at St Rose of Lima parish in Roseville. The Event will take place after the 4:30 p.m. Mass on Saturday, October 3rd, and after the 7:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., and 12:30 p.m. (Spanish) Masses on Sunday, October 4th. The Open Van Events are venues for individuals and groups to learn about our ministry and how they might get involved. The van and volunteers will be in front of the church about 1 hour after the times listed above. Please swing by and visit and get involved if able.
Thank you for your ongoing generous commitment to the WWJD? ministry.

WWJD? Volunteers Gather to Say Thanks
WWJD? volunteers gathered on July 27, 2026, to say farewell to two long-time volunteers and to welcome new volunteers. Rich Fogarty and Paul Sollazzo were celebrated for their years of dedication to the mission of WWJD?. Rich served as board member and Roseville Coordinator and Paul served as buyer. The evening brought together volunteers who often do not have the occasion to interact. This included servers, loaders, buyers, sandwich makers, and board members. The tone of the evening was one of gratitude to God for sustaining WWJD? over the decades and allowing us to serve him in this ministry to the working poor and homeless of Roseville and Auburn. Please contact us if you have the opportunity to join our ministry.

The 2026 Big Day of Giving Campaign is a Huge Success
Thank You!
How we did - WWJD? received $5,329 in donations during the 2026 Big Day of Giving Campaign that took place in May. This almost doubled both 2025 and 2024 donations. Thank you for your generosity in helping to feed the homeless and working poor in the Roseville and Auburn areas.
Impact - Big Day of Giving donations of $5,329 helps our ministry of care and compassion by feeding over 1,300 clients. We make each dollar go a long way. In 2025, WWJD? fed over 6,800 clients from our white vans in Roseville and Auburn during 253 service days. We are on track to increase the number of clients fed in 2026 by 1/3.
Continue to help – Please keep us in mind throughout the year through your donations and your prayers for our work and those we serve. Please reach out if you would like to volunteer. We have a variety of positions that take as little as an hour a week.
